The Student Behind the Bowl
Jennifer arrived in southern California as an international student, carrying with her the memories of steam-filled kitchens and the complex, comforting flavors of her hometown noodles. What began as a personal search for those missing tastes transformed into a culinary mission. Kitty Noodle is the result of that journey—a place where authentic Chinese broth meets the artisanal spirit of California, crafted by someone who knows that sometimes a bowl of noodles is more than just a meal; it’s a small way of saying “I love you 3000."
